Melanie Man, MSc, BIT (she/her)
Melanie is an intermediate marine biologist with four years of experience spanning tropical and temperate intertidal ecosystems. She is passionate about ecological restoration, remediation, and eco-engineering and brings hands-on expertise in environmental monitoring and field program delivery, including coordinating and supporting field teams on complex marine projects. Her work has taken her from British Columbia’s Lower Mainland to the Canadian Arctic, where she has contributed to regulatory permitting, environmental impact assessments, and effectiveness monitoring. Grounded in field practice and informed by a strong understanding of applied marine science, Melanie supports projects that require both technical rigour and thoughtful attention to place.
